20 Almond Road is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment located on the owner’s property in Warner Beach on the Dolphin Coast. It is an ideal option for family/friends as a coastal getaway as it is situated 700 m from the beach.

This unit can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises of one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a cozy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen Smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, guests have access to their own covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. The location of this property is very close to all amenities, shops and beaches.
