23 Perissa is a charming self-catering apartment nestled in Santorini, an enchanting estate renowned for its beauty in Ballito. Situated in the heart of Ballito on the North Coast of Natal, it's just a 25-minute drive from Durban. The estate features a distinctive landscape characterized by towering cliffs, deep blue waters, and picturesque whitewashed villages, creating a truly unique setting for guests to enjoy.

This apartment has a sleeping capacity of 4 adults and 4 children and comprises 3 individually furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds suitable for children 14 years and younger. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
