It was great to stay. Everything was in order and easy to access.

The only issue we have is it was a suitable couple room. If was sharing with friends. The toilet and shower were not good. I really don't want others to see me naked in the shower or using the toilet or vice versa.

Fantastic. Money's worth holiday.

Excellent location, easy access to Gateway shopping centre, highways, main beach Umhlanga, Umdloti and Ballito. Value for money, the staff are friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast is awesome. Note that you have to pay an additional fee for parking.

A wonderful stay - the room was spacious and beautiful! The staff were very professional.

Some confusion re payment. I was asked to pay an outstanding amount where I had paid the full amount via EFT. On arrival, it was sorted out according to the receptionist but on departure, I was faced with the same issue. A little bit of a concern especially if someone is in a hurry - back and forth of emails and it eventually got sorted out. Also, I wasn't aware of the tourism levy - no invoice or my change given back. All in all a good stay and all sorted out by amazing staff at reception -p roblem was in the accounting department. Thank you.
