Akwaabie Flat is a self-catering unit located in Winklespruit, a small seaside town, north of the mouth of the Illovo River in KwaZulu-Natal. The flat is located approximately 2.4 km from the main beach, which has lifeguards and a saltwater pool. The Galleria Mall is approximately a 10-minute drive away, and Durban is 23 km away.

Akwaabie Flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The lounge area contains 2 sleeper couches that sleeps 2 - 4 persons. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, hob and oven, and a microwave. There is also a dining table and chairs. The lounge features 2 couches and flat-screen TV. Akwaabie Flat opens onto a verandah with a 180-degree sea view.
