Albetros 904 is a beautiful modern ninth floor self-catering apartment situated in a secure beachfront complex in Amanzimtoti. This stylish apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that have been converted into a king-size bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table with ample seating where guests can enjoy meals together.

The lounge has comfortable couches and a Smart TV. DStv is not available, but guests have access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. Leading through the lounge is a balcony boasting magnificent views of the Indian Ocean.

The complex offers free, secure parking for 1 vehicle, as well as extra visitor parking at an additional fee. There are two lifts for convenience and good security.

No loud music, noise or parties are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the flat. No pets are allowed.

The apartment is within close proximity to Splash Water World, restaurants, entertainment and much more. Nearby activities include bird watching, hiking, cycling, surfing and swimming. It is a half-hour from Ushaka Marine World and Durban's CBD.
