Situated on the beachfront, Best of Both is a self-catering apartment for 4 people in Bloubergstrand, and offers guests beautiful sea and mountain views.

Comfortably furnished, the corner apartment is situated on the 8th floor and is accessed by an elevator. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. Overlooking the ocean, the main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and makes use of an adjacent bathroom fitted with a shower, and a toilet.

The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix access. If needed, DStv can be activated by inputting your own code and password. Wi-Fi and a UPS are available.

The apartment is spacious with an open-plan kitchen and separate scullery. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. Glass doors lead from the living and dining room to a patio with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the mountains and sea. The patio has stacked glass doors that can be closed if needed.

Guests have use of the communal laundry room, and secure parking is provided in the complex. A garage is also available for use at an additional cost on request, and the complex also has controlled access for extra peace of mind.

The beach offers a variety of activities from swimming, surfing, windsurfing, and fishing, and Best of Both is situated just 400 m from various restaurants and shops. The Bayside and Table View Mall is just 2 km away, and for those who want to explore, the V&A Waterfront is 19 km away and Table Mountain, 23 km away. For the golf enthusiasts there is a beautiful course at Sunset Beach which is 5 km away, as well as in Melkbosstrand.
