Accommodation and reception was excellent.

Our stay was very nice. We just found that the waiters, although very friendly and helpful, brought our lunch in drips and drabs. The main meal was served, and as we were eating the sauce was brought, and when we were almost finished eating, the side salad was brought. Attention could be given to in-service training perhaps. Plates are also very hot, and the fresh garnish is mushy on plates when served. Cold cucumber wheels with salad do not serve well on hot plates.

Give that girl a Bells, she nailed it with her hospitality. Not to mention the Xmas gifts were unbelievable. Thank you so much for giving something back and making our Christmas stay a home away from home. I have been around, but this was the first time that we were showered with gifts. It was an amazing idea and thanks for the thought. Whoever came up with the idea of gifts well done. Please forgive us for being over-excited. The only tiny problem is that the price for Christmas lunch was too exorbitant, but I am sure it was value for money for those who could afford it and with your elegance. I have already recommended Christies to my staff. See you soon.
