Happy Place 1008 is a beachfront double-storey house near a tidal pool, in Duinepark, Witsand. The house is an ideal spot for a family vacation due to its direct access to the beach.
This holiday home sleeps 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 2 living areas, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The two bedrooms on the top floor each has a double bed and the living room situated upstairs has a lounge suite. The sliding doors open up to the balcony with a balustrade where guests can enjoy the lovely sea views.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed. Only one of the 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor level. The first bathroom on the ground level is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, and the second bathroom on the top floor is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This area further extends into the living room furnished with a lounge suite and a dining table with chairs. There’s also an indoor braai area. Free Wi-Fi and DStv Premium is also available. Leading outdoors is a small lawn and garden with a sea view.
There are 2 boardwalk paths about 4 houses away that lead directly to the beach. Parking is available on-site
