Description
This apartment is located in Diaz Strand on the Garden and Whale Route area in a security complex. It is between Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. It is in a security complex with complete access control and security.
This apartment is on the first floor and comprises 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double and a single bed. The bathroom offers a bath and a shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, stove, oven and fridge. The complex has an area where washing can be hung to dry. Guests must bring their own bath towels.
From the living area, main bedroom and balcony there are limited sea view's. You can listen to the waves breaking while you braai in the built-in braai on the balcony. The living area has a TV with OpenView channels. DStv connection is available, but guests must bring their own decoder and smart card. Please note that DStv Explora will not work.
Pre-paid electricity is the tenant's responsibility.
Within approximately 100 metres of the apartment is the beach, Waterworld and a convenience shop with the Langeberg Shopping Mall being 1.5 km away. The complex is sea-facing and has a private gate that provides access to the beach.
