Simplicity is situated in Murraysburg and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and the second bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a fireplace for the colder winter months. There is a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

There are braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.

Simplicity offers the unique feel of the karoo with a view of an old windpump, mountains and star splendour in the evening. It is walking distance from the historic Rooidamme which still provides tap water to the town and community.

The house is within easy reach of the Ou Waenhuis coffee shop where guests can enjoy a delicious coffee and breakfast or lunch.
