Sorgente 201 is a beautiful self-catering apartment located in the quaint seaside village of Umdloti in Durban. This is an ideal option for a family holiday or 2 couples as it is situated just across the road from Umdloti beach and boasts panoramic ocean views.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom features ocean views and is furnished with a queen-size bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and makes use of the second bathroom which also has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with ample seating. Additionally, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding door, there is a covered balcony with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. At the bottom of the Sorgente building, there is a lovely restaurant where guests can enjoy a meal and the location of this apartment is within walking distance from local shops and restaurants.
