Description

The Shack is a self-catering unit on a farm just outside Riversdale and offers breathtaking views of the Langeberge, Sleeping Beauty and the Novo Valley.

The Shack has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels and extra warm blankets for colder evenings are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and leads to a veranda with a view over the valley. Guests can also use the braai facilities.

The Shack uses solar power and does not experience load shedding. There is also a gas geyser for hot water and water tanks provide clean rainwater.

The accommodation is on a hill on a working farm with mountain biking and hiking trails. The presence of sheep, cattle and fields adds to the natural atmosphere of the working farm. Break away from the city rush, recharge and enjoy this piece of heaven on earth.

A high-ground clearance vehicle is recommended for the farm roads.
