Over all good with the issues mentioned below.

The pool was not clean. We couldn't enjoy the pool. The booking was done a month ago and its ridiculous. The house was not clean check in time. They where still cleaning and it was only ready at 16:00.

To clarify on the issues listed, the guest arrived prior to check-in time. Our pool was turning green due to heavy rains, we put in shock treatment and did compensate the guest financially for the inconvenience.
