We are sorry that there was no running water supply on the morning of your departure. Unfortunately there was a Municipality issue in the area on that particular morning which affected the whole district of Amanzimtoti. The water supply did however come back half an hour before your check out time, but you had already left by then or else we would have offered you extra time to shower before you had left our property. We also have a jojo tank next to the cottage which the manager would have provided to you for access to water for washing hands or use of the toilet system. Once again, we apologise for your experience but this was unfortunately out of our control. We do however look forward to hosting you and your family again in the future! Stay safe and thank you for staying with us.

We stayed at the Sunbird Cottage, travelling down with a grumpy old man and a very bouncy toddler. The staff really went the extra mile to accommodate us and service was excellent and not invasive. Near to all amenities. Big ups to Marlon and Kaitlin.
