Description
Villa on Maxi is a self-catering holiday villa in the heart of the lovely Port Owen Marina located in Velddrif, Western Cape, boasting breathtaking views of the Berg River, making it an ideal option for a large group of friends or family.
This villa accommodates 12 guests at a time and features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and three with double beds. All bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, of which one has a corner bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by an 8-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, as well as a dishwasher, is available. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. Alternatively, guests can be entertained in the second lounge equipped with a pool table, a built-in braai that opens onto an enclosed patio with sun loungers, a table tennis and foosball table, as well as a heated indoor pool.
Outside, guests can enjoy the tennis court to work up a sweat. Boat lovers will appreciate the convenience of their own private jetty, while everyone can enjoy the heavenly atmosphere.
