Description

14 Hawaan View has a STUNNING sea view from the room with a separate entrance , it is a private space and it is on the ground floor of a triplex , in a secure complex with 24-hour guards. The space is virtually on the Umhlanga promenade to go for walks or a run ( 5kms there and back ) with only a green belt in front of the sea .

This air-conditioned unit can accommodate up to 2 guests with a baby in a camp cot ( if guest brings their own camp cot ) and has a fan as well . It features an open-plan sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Guests also have a private wooden deck which overlooks the sea . Linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.

The unit is well-appointed with a microwave, kettle, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a bar fridge. For entertainment, there is a TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Wi-Fi. There is a work desk for those guests who need to do some work. Washing and ironing can be arranged at an additional cost if arranged in a day's advance. Opening up to a private patio with a sea view, the studio offers an outdoor space with seating. There is a communal braai area in the complex. Guests have access to the complex's swimming pool and a secure parking space within the complex.

The location of this unit is virtually on the Umhlanga promenade, therefore there is no driving to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby and a shopping centre approx 1.5 km away.
