17 Tinderwood Loop is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate and has a lovely outdoor entertainment space with a swimming pool.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed. All 4 bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. There is a second lounge space too.
Through the sliding doors is a spacious covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to unwind. This patio leads down to a wooden deck which has a lovely swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and 2 extra parking spaces.
