In overall I was satisfied for a one night stay.

Absence of boiling water equipment, cups and utensils. Decaying furniture. TV channels DSTV, etc. WWE.

Never again.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The area is dodgy. The customer service was very poor. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

We will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at Bayside Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was cleaned correctly. The following need their attention: 1. Please put tea in the rooms. 2. Two cups for couples will be fine, not one. 3. 'Do not disturb' signs are needed in the rooms; one of the cleaners just opened a door while we were still sleeping. This was requested at the reception, but nothing was done when we came back from taking fresh air.

The stay was perfect.

The check-in was poor I arrived at 13:30. They said the room will be available only at 15:00 and my booking was done two weeks before.
