Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
There is an inverter/solar back up electricity supply for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.
Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival.
For international guests only the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Local residents needs to prepay the breakage deposit via EFT.
A maximum of 10 people sharing in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
Additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the one bedroom at an extra cost per child per night. This can be arranged by prior request only and pre-payment is required.
This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also no safety net on the splash pool / Jacuzzi. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.
Linen, bath and beach or swimming towels are provided.

Regret, no pets are allowed on the property.
No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in the ashtray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund.
No parties or events are permitted at the property.
Please respect the property and your neighbors.
No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
Housekeeping service is not included - it is an optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
