Thank you very much for the feedback. Yes, unfortunately, the cooker hood is not working, as we replaced the stove and bought a new unit. We hope to have that replaced in due time, to match the stove. The technician confirmed that the aircon was working, but due to the high humidity, it might not have felt like that but always remember to close the windows, as it will cool down the room much quicker if the aircon is on. We do apologize for the 10:00 checkout, but there was a scheduled arrival for the afternoon, and we have to implement strict rules in order to get the unit clean and apply the necessary Covid Cleaning regulations. We look forward to hosting you on the next trip.
