Comp Beach Road 25 is a beautiful holiday villa boasting incredible ocean views and is conveniently located in the heart of Ballito. This villa is the perfect option for a coastal getaway with family and friends as this property features an inviting on-site swimming pool which is great for summer.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed; however, only the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bathroom also has a bath and a shower, while the third bathroom has a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is no Wi-Fi available.
This living area opens onto a covered balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture which is the perfect spot for a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. The other side of the home opens to an expansive garden and pool area where guests can relax on the sun loungers and catch some sun. This garden space also has a firepit where guests can gather around. Guests are afforded parking in 3 open parking spaces.
