House Rules
Bedding, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided, but guests have to bring their own beach towels along.
No breakage fee is required, but please inform the owner of any breakages.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Failing to comply with this rule will result in one night's accommodation being charged.
No pets allowed.
Please note no visitors are allowed.
Some coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning products and toilet paper are provided to begin with.
Check out strictly by 10:00 (Late departure is available only by arrangement at an additional charge).
Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation document.

Should the client behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilised standards, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the apartment.

Parking in an unauthorized parking bay will result in a penalty charge of R500.
