Dock Point 1 is a chic self-catering holiday home ideally located close to Durban's Point Waterfront. This charming property could be an ideal option for a memorable holiday on the Dolphin Coast as there is a lovely outdoor entertainment area with a swimming pool.

This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The tastefully decorated living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a dual fuel hob, a double electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The air-conditioned lounge has comfortable seating and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

The dining area opens onto a covered patio with a table and chairs as well as a Weber braai which is an ideal spot for guests to enjoy a sundowner. The spacious garden has an outdoor dining table under an umbrella and a swimming pool where guests can cool off on those hot summer days.
