Set on a hillside offering 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean, Elizabeth Sea Views is a lovely family holiday home located in the heart of Ballito. It is an ideal option for a memorable family holiday or a group of friends as the property spoils with an on-site swimming pool in the centre of a lush green garden.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower. A double bed is available in the third bedroom which also has a full family en-suite bathroom. Another queen bed is available in the fourth bedroom, while the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the fourth bathroom which also has a bath and a shower. The second lounge downstairs has a double sleeper couch.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating. The house has 3 Smart TVs as well as free Wi-Fi throughout. All the TVs as well as the Wi-Fi will be powered by a backup system during load shedding.

The upstairs living area opens onto a wooden deck that perfectly offers ocean views and is an ideal spot for a sundowner. Downstairs, there is another TV lounge with a double sleeper couch that opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. This patio leads down to the swimming pool area. There is a garden that is securely fenced with outside security cameras and an alarm. The property offers guests parking spaces for 4 vehicles and is located approximately 1 km from the beach.
