House Rules
One house trained pet of up to a maximum of 10 kg is permitted in one of the rooms, at an additional fee and on request only. Only on prior arrangement.
Lost keys will incur an additional fee.
No smoking is permitted inside. Guests caught smoking will incur a R250-00 fumigation fee to steam clean linen and curtains.
No excessive loud noise or music permitted after 20:00.
No parties permitted.
No prostitutes or escourts permitted (you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund).
Guests are welcome to make use of the communal kitchen and braai facilities, however please note the following:
Premises must be left in the same state you would like to find it in.
There is an allocated guest fridge for your and other guests personal use (stored food to be sealed).
All cutlery and pots removed must be cleaned and returned to original place.
The communal kitchen closes at 20:00.
Outside noise curfew is 20:00.
Please note: no swimming, no friends, no noise, no music, no cooking and no loud talking. This is not negotiable due to other guests sleeping.
Extra cots and toddler/teen beds are available on request.
Children aged between 0 and 11 pay R200 per night.
Children aged between 12 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
