Description

Golf and Sea is a self-catering unit with a private entrance attached to the owner's holiday house in Southbroom. This property is situated on the fifteenth hole of the Southbroom golf course, 120 m from the beach, and 500 m from the famous Granny's Tidal Pool.

This cosy unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and features an open-plan sleeping area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The open-plan area contains a queen-size bed and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate stove with a mini oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a 3-seater breakfast bar. A flat-screen TV with DStv channels is available in the lounge area.

The living room and bedroom open onto a large veranda, one of which leads into the garden and the other to a large wooden deck with hammocks for ultimate relaxation. Guests have full access to a swimming pool, outdoor braai facilities, and secure parking.
