The stay was okay.

Some of the things that we expected for our room, that was listed on their website was not there. No hot water in the shower in our room, air conditioning not working, no electric blanket, no access to Jacuzzi, no microwave. I think they should be more specific or maybe update their website.

Ons het vir twee aande tuis gegaan by Manor 38. Ek, my dogter en haar dogtertjie van vier jaar oud. Alles was gerieflik, netjies en perfek. Ek is jammer dat ons gastehuis nie aan jou verwagtings voldoen het nie. Ons waardeer alle terugvoer van gaste aangesien ons weet ons is nie perfek nie. Ons poog egter om in alle opsigte die beste ervaring te bied in terme van die slaapkamers sowel as die ontbyt asook die netheid en skoonheid van die kamers. Indien u enige voorstelle het oor hoe ons die netheid/skoonheid kan verbeter sal ons u insette waardeer.
Verder wil ek net noem dat die kamer wat aan u ge-allokeer is, is die enigste kamer wat nie 'n uitsig het nie en wat miskien bietjie donker voel. Indien u ons weer sou oorweeg sal ons u gratis opgradeer na een van ons "Executive kamers" waar ek glo u moontlik meer gelukkig sal wees. Nogmaals dankie vir u terugvoering, ons beskou alle terugvoer, selfs negatiewe terugvoer as opbouend.
