Maple House is a garden bungalow with a private entrance located on a residential property in Cape Town's southern suburb of Bergvliet. It is the largest of 3 accommodations on this residential property, the others being Maple Cottage and Maple Studio.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a child-only bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
