We had a wonderful time at Meyershof except that we couldn't swim because the swimming pool was too dirty and we did report that to the establishment.

Hi Zonke,
Thank you for your valued feedback. I am so sorry that the swimming pool was not clean. I spoke to the caretaker and he said he was at the house the day before and on the morning that you were there, but I know after speaking to you that he did not come back the afternoon as arranged with yourself. In the interim we have made changes and the swimming pool has been sorted.
Regarding the DSTV, we tested it the day before you arrived, and it was working. After you reported it, we contacted our technician who was unfortunately out of town, but he fixed it on Monday and found that the TV was on the wrong source and the settings on the TV were changed.
I refunded you R500.00 extra for the inconvenience incurred and once again apologize for this. I sincerely hope we can accommodate you again in the future.
