Nine Oaks Self-catering Accommodation
Description
The cottages are double-storey and can sleep up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom is on the lower floor and has a queen-size bed, and there are 3 single beds in the loft room. Each cottage has a full bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove and microwave. The open-plan living area has a dining area and TV room with a TV with Open View channels. Other amenities include an indoor fireplace, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are indoor and outdoor braai facilities. Limited Wi-Fi is available. A communal swimming pool, washing and ironing facilities are available for guests to use.

Cottages will only be serviced every 4 days during longer bookings unless otherwise arranged (service available at additional cost.)
The farm gate is automatic from the inside and outside. When closed, stop really close to the gate for the sensor to pick up the vehicle.
Please be aware of wildlife and insects. There is insect repellent available in the country shop.
No sound systems are allowed. Please refrain from any noise after midnight. Misbehaved guests will be removed from the premises without any refunds.
All accommodation guests are welcome to use the pool. Please bring your own towels for swimming. Take note that the swimming pool will be closed during winter.
Please, no smoking in the units. Designated smoking areas are available outside of each cottage.
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Please do not use indoor furniture outside or carry items from one cottage to another.
Please use alarms with caution. There is a penalty fee of R500 on false alarms. This will cause armed response to react unnecessarily and disturb other guests.
Before you leave, please do an inspection of your cottage to check if you took all your belongings – all lost and found items will only be held for 3 months.
Outstanding amounts must be paid on or before arrival (when collecting the keys). We prefer EFT, but do have card facilities available if necessary.
The guest who made the booking will be held responsible for the bill in the case of breakage, theft or damage to the property and/or equipment. (When bigger groups are booked, a key/breakage fee will be required.)
Nine Oaks guests are allowed limited visitors. All guests staying later than 22:30 will be considered as overnight guests and billed accordingly.
No unpaid guests are allowed. Extra guests without prior arrangement will be charged 10% extra and billed to the one who made the booking.
All guests entering and using Nine Oaks facilities do so at own risk.

This house is fully equipped for self-catering. It offers accommodation for up to 14 guests. It has 5 bedrooms a TV room, dinner room, 1 full bathroom with a bath, 2 separate toilets and 2 separate showers. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom also has a queen size bed. The TV room also has a sofa bed. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Open View TV, access to Wi-Fi and Air-conditioning in most of the rooms. Fans are provided in those that don't have air-conditioning. There is outside braai facilities on a covered patio, as well as a communal swimming pool. There are communal laundry and ironing facilities.
