Nice to stay, but the entrance is very cluttered and cramped.

The cleaning staff needs training. There is grime all over the counter tops. Pots and dishes needed scrubbing prior to use. There is no hot water during load shedding. WiFi is on and off. Parking is inadequate. Floors are never swept under furniture. The outside table is small with only partial shade. The TV has a smaller bouquet selected on DSTV.

Disappointing that the guesthouse owner didn't know we were coming.

It was disappointing that Palm Tree Acc did not know about our arrival so the guest house was not prepared. There had only been 3 bags of coffee, no dish soap to wash our cups. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children (under 5 years) and only 4 towels were put out. There was still hair in the shower from previous guests. The positive part of our stay is the beds were cleanly covered.
