Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after the check-in date if everything is in order with the unit.
If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.
Extra fees will be charged in the following situations:
If guests smoke in the unit
If the dishes were not washed before departure
If guests do not lock the unit
If guests do not return the keys upon departure
If guests arrive after the check-in time
If more guests than booked stay in the unit
If there are any marks or stains on the furniture or carpets
If pets stay in the unit without permission
If there is any damaged or missing items
If guests are rowdy and bother the neighbours so much that they lodge a complaint
If guests mix the contents of different units, e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
