This is the main portion of the Villa and consists of the entire 1st floor of the building. With 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These rooms share 2 bathrooms fitted with basin, toilet and shower. The large kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining room area with a large fireplace is connected to the kitchen, and leads to the sea-facing wooden deck with swimming pool. The Entertainment Area with seating and a smart TV, you reach using the staircase from the dining room area. You will find a work desk with an office chair as well. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, secure parking in the double garage, a large sea-facing wooden deck with outdoor seating, and a private swimming pool.
