Excellent location, good views, near everything important.

Bit of communication lost on how to get in, but the agent was available and could resolve getting into the apartment quickly. Sliding doors were a problem, but again the agent (even on weekends) was available and sent technicians to fix. Not entirely sorted out, but we could live with it. Drainage is still a problem even after the technician's visit; there seems to be a larger issue with the pipes in the service duct. The drainage of water was 50% better but not resolved. Overall cleanliness is not the best, but it was acceptable. I would advise a post-last customer pre-inspection to fix and clean before a new customer arrives. Also, to provide a list of all things that would be deducted from the refundable deposit; otherwise, it is open-ended and not agreed. Excellent location, on the swimming beach, with the restaurants just below and Spar around the corner. I can recommend Sandbar. Some standard adjustments to 505 and it will be an excellent place to stay for the holidays. The agent delivered excellent service!

What a stunning place to holidays at.

A beautiful and clean location that made for a wonderful stay in Umdloti. Perfect access to the beach and to restaurants.
