Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- No smoking in the house – please don't throw cigarette butts in the indoor trash can.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
- Please make sure that garbage bags are placed in the green bin outside, we politely ask that the bin is taken to the front small gate on Thursday mornings.
- Eating and drinking in the rooms are not allowed.
- No pets allowed on the furniture.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- Please return all equipment to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
- Ensure all electricals are switched off if not used.
- All dishes to be washed daily.
- No loud parties or events.
- No additional overnight guests allowed without prior approval - 6 guests max!
- Any illegal drugs will result in immediate vacation of property and the authorities will be informed.
- Please respect our neighbors and reduce noise after 10 pm.
- Please do not use the bath towels for the beach.
- No fires on the beach.
- Parking inside the property only please.
- Please leave all windows closed when you leave the house.
- Activate alarm system when house is not occupied please.
- Please ensure you return all keys upon departure.
