Baie teleurstellend.

Die verblyf is glad nie soos op fotos. Ons kon glad nie swem of die borrelbad gebruik nie, aangesien dit groen en vuil was. Die erf was vuil en vol bourommel, en is geensins veilig vir kinders nie. Very disappointing.

The accommodation is not at all like in the photos. We couldn't swim or use the hot tub at all as it was green and dirty. The yard was dirty and full of construction debris, and is in no way safe for children. There are high steps without railings. There is also no grass where the children could play, and because the high steps all around the house we had to keep them inside. The shower by the bath is very low and you literally have to stand on your knees in the bath to shower. They just washed the barbecue area they provided with an old broom and garden hose. The grill was filthy and stained. There are also no tongs or even soda glasses, and I had to go and buy glasses. The people did welcome us kindly, but for that money I could definitely have gotten better accommodation.

I sincerely apologise that you weren't happy with your stay.

Our pool had a leak and was being repaired just before your stay. I did inform you of this before your arrival and we did try to get the pool sorted during your stay but unfortunately were not able to in time.

I'm not sure what you mean by the accommodation is not like the photos.

The complaint about the shower in the bath, lack of glasses, braai stand and braai utensils has been noted and will be remedied immediately.

As a new listing, feedback like this is very much appreciated and can help us improve.
