Description
This unit is suited to accommodate 2 to 3 adult guests or a couple and 2 children. The apartment comes equipped with a double bed, a pull-out couch, and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Other in-room facilities include a kitchenette, lounge area, fan, Wi-Fi, and a TV with DStv. This unit also comes equipped with a small patio and its own private entrance. The Sunbird is our economy unit as it does not face the main garden. However, guests can enjoy the main garden at an allocated picnic table with a mountain view and are welcome to use the swimming pool and Weber braai.

The room is serviced weekly for long-stay guests. Otherwise, hosts do a quick check and tidy up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No service on Saturday and Sunday.

Smoking in the room is not permitted.
Please note that visitors are allowed on the property by prior arrangement and between 11h00 and 17h00 only.
For everyone's enjoyment, we insist on quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

The Mountain View apartment is a spacious unit with its own private entrance and has an open-plan layout. The apartment can accommodate 2-3 adult guests or a couple with 2 children. The room contains a king-size bed, a futon, a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin, a kitchenette, and a living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, induction plate, gas plate, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. There is a 2-seater dining table inside and a 4-seater round table outside on the patio. The lounge area contains enough seating for 6 and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens to an outside patio with a round table, chairs, and an umbrella.
