Ons het nie die hotel en Kampsbaai die naweek geniet nie en sal nie weer gaan nie. Once world class - now shockingly poor service/staff; breakfast is disgusting.

Nothing more to say than in summary, viz. there was a time when The Bay was world class, now it's worse than one star motels in the US. Perfect setting. Customer service excellent.

We had to pay R80 for parking our car in the parking lot overnight, which we found totally unacceptable. Rooms also need a revamp. Otherwise, a very good stay.
