We had the most amazing time at the Phoenix.

Gene was our host and she looked after us, making sure we were well taken care of while in Knysna. She has an amazing personality, and the house is gorgeous and very well-maintained. I would say the Phoenix is the best place to stay in Knysna, and it is in a good location, very close to the waterfront and many places.
