Villa Franlisa is a modern family-oriented home in Voëlklip, which boasts sea views from the balcony. Situated in a quiet street and within walking distance from Kammabaai and Langbaai beaches, it stands out as a desirable option in the popular Hermanus area. The picturesque setting is enhanced by the mountain backdrop, aglow in the setting sun.

This holiday house is fully self-catering and can accommodate a total of 8 guests. It comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also a guest toilet.
On the first floor is the main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has bunk beds with 2 single beds and a double bed. En suite bathroom with shower.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is furnished with 2 single beds, the other bedroom has a queen-size bed respectively. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher and washing machine in a separate scullery. The kitchen extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating and a gas fireplace, and features a dining table that seats 8. Upstairs is a spacious sun lounge with a Smart TV where you can access DSTV and Netflix with your own login details. Living area opens up to spacious balcony with fantastic sea and mountain views.

Downstairs, the lounge leads to the backyard with undercover, built-in braai. Secure home with alarm and beams. Guests can use the garage for a trailer and / or bicycles etc.
