Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The house has an inverter for loadshedding, and runs basics including lights, Wi-Fi and TV but no heavy appliances such as hairdryers or microwaves.
Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees such as the post-departure cleaning fee and refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents needs to be prepaid via EFT.
A late check-in fee applies if arriving after 18:00.
A maximum of 8 adults and 4 children are allowed to sleep over, sharing in 5 bedrooms, the one bedroom has 2 bunk beds, suitable for children under 16 years only.
Please bring your own baby high chair and baby camp cot.
Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings.
Linen, bath and beach and swimming towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels as beach and swimming towels.
Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, strictly subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies.
No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in ashtray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours, thank you! No loud music or noise after 22:00, please.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank-friendly cleaning materials.
Housekeeping service is not included, it is an optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
Pet Policy;
No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture.
A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds or furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure.
Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility for your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause a nuisance for neighbours and their dogs.
Please clean up after your dogs.
Please bring your own dog beds, blankets and feeding bowls.
