Situated in a peaceful oasis on a working farm in Beaufort West, Whistling Bridge Cottage & Rooms seeks to offer guests an opportunity to reconnect with nature with stunning views of the beautiful Karoo landscapes and sunsets.
The cottage can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds and also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. The living area is furnished with a lounge suite, a freestanding fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The living area opens to the veranda which has outdoor furniture. The patio is situated next to the swimming pool and guests can relax in the enclosed garden which has braai facilities. Secure parking is available on the premises.
The Farmhouse has 3 rooms available which include two family rooms each furnished with a double and a bunk bed. There two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The third room is fitted with a double four posted bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The shared newly refurbished kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of a home kitchen, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen area opens to the veranda which has outdoor furniture. There is a eco pool for cooling down after a long drive on a hot day and plenty of shady parking is available on the premises.
