House Rules

- Due to close proximity to the neighbours and to remain in good standing, no loud noises are permitted from 10:00 and 07:00.
- No parties or private functions are allowed on the property.
- No more than 5 guests over and above the allowed 8/10 (depending on the unit) may be on the property at any time. Should you have guests staying over, an additional cost of R200 per person per night will be incurred.
- No smoking indoors.
- Should any of the house rules be broken, this property reserves the right to ask you to leave and you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your stay.
- Please do not hoot at the gate.
- No pets are allowed.
