A bath is available in the 1 bathroom, while the second bathroom has a shower. The main living area features a kitchen well-equipped with a gas stove, a mini-oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. This living area leads out to the courtyard, which features a braai and a firepit area under a tree canopy. Guests have access to a shared pool.

- No more than 5 guests over and above the allowed 8/10 (depending on the unit) may be on the property at any time. Should you have guests staying over, an additional cost of R200 per person per night will be incurred.
- No smoking indoors.
- Should any of the house rules be broken, this property reserves the right to ask you to leave and you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your stay.
- Please do not hoot at the gate.
- No pets are allowed.

Both bath and shower facilities are available in the unit. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The main living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a dishwasher. The lounge area features an open-plan design with a bar, dining space, and a lounge with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a TV. Outside is a patio with braai facilities available for guests to use as well as a shared pool.
